How Does This Work?

This is at its heart a real estate site that enables the individual to get their property on the web, or a real estate business owner to advertise their site on the web. It's different in that the user is presented with a grid of squares, each of which may be rented. The rental price is $25 per square and the rental period is 1 year. Once the ad is placed that grid will display an image selected by the user, and will contain a link to the user's own site.

Then when a visitor to the site passes his mouse over the image a small text box will pop up giving the user the title of the site the image is linked to. If the user then clicks the image that web site is opened in a new window.

For people that wish to advertise their home but have no web site they can just complete the ad purchase, and email us the details of their home such as square footage, number of rooms, in short any text that would help to sell their home. In addition they can also attach a maximum of 8 photos. We will then create a web page for the customer describing the home and include the pictures that were emailed to us. So to recap, click the Place Ad link, find the button with your state on it and click it. Then choose the area you wish your ad block to go, remembering that the larger an area you purchase the better your chance of getting noticed. Then follow the prompts till the purchase is complete. That's it! Your ad block will then be yours for 1 year, and if you happen to sell your home within that time, you can then use your ad block for another property for the remaining time. Click here for further details.
